Consumers

If you sell to customers then don’t call them during the work day. Call between 4-7 or 11-2 if you’d like to annoy them on their lunch break.

Businesses and Government

If you sell to businesses, call in the morning between 8am and 11am. Don’t call during the work day when people or either busy or just want to go home towards the end.

Executives

If you’re calling an upper-level executive call after 5:30 when their gatekeepers (secretaries) will have gone home but they will still be around with longer working hours.
